3️⃣ Rotary Kiln Calcination

• The mixture is fed into a rotary kiln, reaching temperatures up to 1450°C.
• This high-temperature process transforms compounds into clinker, the core ingredient of cement.
• Clinker is rapidly cooled using a ventilation system.

4️⃣ Fine Grinding of Clinker & Packaging

• Clinker is finely ground with gypsum to create finished cement powder.
• Automatic packaging machines ensure cement is packed according to weight specifications.
• The final product is distributed to construction retailers and material suppliers.
